Regarding COVID-19 PANDEMIC

As the situation surround this global pandemic continues to evolve, so do the safeguards we have in place to protect staff and customers. Please note that effective immediately, Eastern Farmers has implemented the following changes/precautions which shall remain in place until further notice:

- In an effort to do our part to ensure proper sanitization and prevent exposure, we are currently working at REDUCED BUSINESS HOURS in store.

CLOSED SATURDAYS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

OPEN 8:00AM until 5:00PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY

DO NOT EXIT YOUR VEHICLE IN THE DRIVE-THRU

and DO NOT WALK INTO THE WAREHOUSE OR  DRIVE-THRU AREAS.

- we are open as DRIVE-THRU  (8 AM - 5 PM) and In-Store (9AM - 4 PM) Effective: May 20th, 2021. 

-  If you would like us to collect items in the store on your behalf, we can certainly do so. Please call ahead so we can have your items ready for you.

- If you wish to collect AirMiles, please read the number on the card out to staff so we may apply it to your purchase. We will NOT be handling AirMiles cards.

- We ask that any customers who are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms to call orders in and have them picked up by a friend, family member, or other means to avoid coming to the store. 

- Staff who can do so have been asked to stay home or to work remotely if possible; therefore we are functioning on BAREBONES staff. Please be PATIENT.

Eastern Farmers is taking the health, safety, and mental well-being of our staff (who have been deemed ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL)  very seriously. Any customer's who do not follow the rules put in place to keep EVERYONE safe will be asked to leave the property immedaitely.


This is an extremely stressful time during which to be a worker, especially in high-traffic stores such as ours, or drug stores and grocery stores. Please be respectful of our ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL!

People who choose to disregard the orders put in place by the Public Health Emergency will be asked to leave and may even be reported if the perceived risk is high enough.

How YOU can help!

EFFECTIVE: February 11th, 2021

In accordance with public health guidelines, we will be closing the inside shopping area of the store for two weeks. We will be operating as Drive-Thru only for that time.

Masks are mandatory in the drive-thru at all times.

Please do not panic buy. We are not experiencing supply issues on the majority of products. Panic buying will put a strain on our stocks.

This change not only protects the staff but the customers that shop here as well.

Attached are some key points to help you shop effectively and efficiently during these trying times:

1.) Call ahead and have any items in store either paid for or put aside for you.

2.) Call in bird orders and pay over the phone or call ahead and pay at the window. (NO bird orders will be filled out in the drive-thru).

3.) Make sure there is adequate space in the trunk for loading. No feed will be loaded into the backseats. If you require feed in your back seat, we have a designated loading zone for you to do so yourself.

4.) Please expect delays when calling the store and service in the drive thru
